Easyier is a website builder operated by Yuri Alexandre Lopes Dantas, an individual based in Brazil. When we say "Easyier", "we", "us", or "our", we mean this individual operating the service at easyier.com. You can contact us at easyiersites@gmail.com.
We collect information you provide directly when creating an account (email address, name), information generated by your use of the Service (projects you create, pages, content), technical information such as IP address, browser type, and device information, and payment information processed by LemonSqueezy (we do not store payment card details directly).
We use your information to provide and maintain the Service, to authenticate you and manage your account, to process payments via LemonSqueezy, to send transactional emails (e.g. login links, billing notifications) via Resend, to respond to your support requests, and to improve the Service over time. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your account data and project content are stored in Supabase, hosted in the South America (São Paulo) region. Images you upload are stored in Supabase Storage. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure.
We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session (login state) and to remember your preferences (e.g. dark mode). We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. We may use Vercel Analytics for aggregate, anonymized traffic data.
We use the following third-party services: Supabase (authentication and database), Vercel (hosting and deployment), LemonSqueezy (payment processing — their privacy policy applies to payment data), Resend (transactional email), Google OAuth (if you choose to sign in with Google). Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing their use of your data.
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, to request deletion of your account and associated data, and to export your content at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at easyiersites@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or billing purposes.
The Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
