By accessing or using Easyier ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Easyier is operated by Yuri Alexandre Lopes Dantas, an individual operating as a sole proprietor based in Brazil.
Easyier is a visual website builder that allows users to create, customize, and publish websites. The Service is offered on a Free tier and a paid Pro tier ($9/month). Features and limitations of each tier are described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You may not use another person's account without permission. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of all content you create using Easyier. By publishing content through the Service, you grant Easyier a limited, non-exclusive license to host and display that content for the purpose of providing the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you publish and must ensure it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
You agree not to use the Service to publish content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You may not use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or engage in any activity that could damage or disrupt the Service. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate this policy.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $9/month. Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record. By subscribing to Pro, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Subscription prices may change with 30 days' notice. All prices are in USD.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of the period you have paid for.
Free users receive a subdomain on easyier.com (e.g. yoursite.easyier.com). We reserve the right to reclaim subdomains that are inactive for more than 6 months. Pro users may connect a custom domain; you are responsible for managing your domain registration with your registrar.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, upgrades, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Easyier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
