Refund Policy

Our Policy

Easyier Pro is a monthly subscription service. You can cancel at any time — no questions asked. When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you are charged for a new billing period and cancel shortly after, we are unable to refund that charge. We believe this is fair given that you have full access to all Pro features throughout the billing period you paid for.

Exceptions

If you were charged in error — for example, due to a billing system error — please contact us within 7 days of the charge at easyiersites@gmail.com and we will review and resolve the issue promptly. We are committed to being fair.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation is immediate and you will not be billed again. Your Pro access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all Easyier transactions. LemonSqueezy's own refund and dispute resolution policies may also apply. If you have a billing dispute, you may contact LemonSqueezy directly or reach out to us and we will assist you.
